We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind, we would be more than happy to refund or exchange the product.

  • Full refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase when you have the original receipt.

  • The refund will be given back by the original tender you purchased with. Please note: the product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days when accompanied with a gift receipt. If you are unable to find a suitable product you we can offer you in store credit. Note: credits are not redeemable for cash.

  • After 30 days we cannot return or exchange your purchase.

  • We do not accept returns or exchange on special orders, final sale items, damaged product or product that is not in its original condition or in a condition different from how it was sold to you.

Volume purchase deals.

  • Any purchase made on volume save deals ( example: buy 5 or more save 15%) will be reversed when you return a product which drops you below the volume deal.( example above…buy 5………return 1 product….4 items does not get 15% off).

Online orders: Returns and Exchanges

  • Items purchased online follow the same return policy as items purchased in-store.

  • You can return or exchange item(s) purchased online by visiting our store  or by mailing the item(s) at your cost back to Country Home and Kitchen.

Online Orders: Damaged in Shipping

  • It is highly recommended that you inspect all product(s) upon delivery for visible and or breakage. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery and sent via email to Goods must be returned in original packaging.

  • If your shipment was damaged in transit we will gladly send you a replacement. In the event that an exact replacement is unavailable we will offer you a refund upon return of your original  order ( product). All return policies apply. Please contact customer service to proceed.

Procedure for damaged product is as follows:

  1. Keep all of the packaging materials , box and damaged items. The carrier may need to inspect the package.

  2. Take photos of the damaged items and any damage to the shipping box.

  3. Send us an email about the damage. Include photos of damage. Please include your full name , web order number and phone number used for the purchase.

  4. We will issue a full refund or will arrange to have a replacement shipped as soon as possible.

Price Guarantee:

If you happened to find a local competitor with a lower price on any identical item that we carry in-store. Show us they’re ad ( printed or digital) and we will match it. Valid on in stock items only. Must be current or within 7 days of purchase. This is a one time price adjustment. If it is in-store you must come in-store within 30 days of original purchase for a refund of the price difference. The original receipt must must be presented at that time.

Promotion and coupon usage guideline:

A coupon or promotion can only be applied to regular priced items. More than one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion. We will offer you the one promotion that will save you the most money. We reserve the right to cancel a promotion or special at anytime without notice.
